1-on-1 Coaching Includes:

This isn't coaching that happens only in scheduled sessions. When you're navigating a difficult conversation, making a critical decision, or working through something that can't wait until next week, I'm available.

Growth Stage (Series B+): $5,000+/month

There is no minimum commitment period. We work together as long as it's useful.
Executive Team Transformation
I also work with executive teams and leadership groups navigating the transition from mistrust or dysfunction to accountable, high-trust, high-performing teams.
These are bespoke facilitation engagements that often include individual coaching alongside group work. The focus is on surfacing what's unspoken, rebuilding trust, and creating the conditions for genuine collaboration.

Current Availability
I maintain a limited practice to ensure I can be fully present and available for each client. Currently I have individual availability opening in November. I have availability for one executive team in January 2027.
When my availability is on a waitlist (as it is now), I still encourage you to reach out. I am happy to help you find the right coach or have a fit call and see if getting you on my waitlist is appropriate. I always reach out to my waitlist before taking new inquiries.
