Expertise

Background

I started my career as a software engineer before becoming a three-time founder with ventures spanning technology and brick-and-mortar retail. That path, from building software to building companies to leading organizations, taught me that the hardest problems are rarely technical. They're human. And they require a different kind of attention.

I've been coaching for half a decade. My technical background gives me clarity on emerging technologies, making me well-suited for technical teams. My founding and executive experience means I understand the real pressures of leadership. And my coaching training provides the tools to help leaders navigate the internal work that makes strategic clarity possible.
